At Hyperwear, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your gear in its original box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking your return's journey.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our warehouse team will inspect the items within 5 business days of arrival, and your refund or exchange will be processed immediately upon approval.
